Diablo 4 is the latest installment in the Diablo series created by Blizzard and was released on June 5, 2023. There are 5 classes available for players to choose from, each with its own unique characteristics.

Today, I will introduce the Summoner Necromancer Build in this article. Necromancer is my favorite class in Diablo 4. I'll show you how to get a powerful Necromancer in the game.

Summoner Necromancer Build: Introduction

Necromancer is one of the available classes in Diablo 4 and appeared in the previous series. You can summon many undead minions and golems to fight for you, which is pretty cool. Unlike other classes, you do not have to take part in the battle in person. You primarily rely on your minions to deal damage and protect you, and you just need to use skills to deal damage away from the battlefield.

However, Necromancer has low defensive abilities. You will easily die if you can't handle the battle properly, especially against a powerful boss in the game. Your summoners are the key to success.

The Summoner Necromancer build resurrects enemies and uses them against your enemies, which sounds amusing. This builds focus on your summoners' damage and survival, as you need them to defeat your enemies and keep you safe.

Summoner Necromancer Build: Skills

For active skills, I recommend Reap, Sever, Raise Skeleton, Corpse Explosion, Golem, and Army of the Dead.

Reap and Sever for damage, giving you some essence and damage reduction.

Corpse Explosion is a powerful skill that allows you to explode corpses and deal large amounts of damage to enemies.

Army of the Dead, you can feel its power just from its name. This skill can summon dead and explode by the side of enemies and deal more damage.

Raise Skeleton can summon a skeleton. It will summon a Skeletal Priest if you summoned all your skeletons, who heal your army and increase their damage, then disappear.

Golem has stronger health and defense and can survive longer on the battlefield. I suggest you get Golem Mastery to enhance them.

For passive skills, I recommend Hellbent Commander, Grim Harvest, Inspiring Leader, Death's Defense, and Fueled by Death.

Use Hellbent Commander with Inspiring Leader together to increase your summoners' damage and attack speed.

Grim Harvest should be used in combination with Fueled by Death. It provides damage and gives you some essence when you consume a corpse.

Death's Defense protects your summoners from losing too much health when they get attacked.

Summoner Necromancer Build: Aspects

Aspects are used to upgrade your equipment, which is a special reward in the game. You can obtain Aspects by completing Dungeons or extracting them from legendary items, but doing so will result in the destruction of these items.

For the Aspects, I recommend the following four:

Aspect of Disobedience:

You can obtain it from the Halls of the Damned Dungeon. It increases your armor by 4 seconds when you take any damage.

Protecting Aspect:

A legendary drop is not easily obtained. It will create a bubble around you when you are attacked while you are unwell. It could be used as an emergency escape.

Blood Getter's Aspect:

Provide you with two more skeletal warriors so you can expand your army. It is also a legendary drop.

Unyielding Commander's Aspect:

You can obtain it from the Faceless Shrine Dungeon. It increases your summons attack speed and reduces 90% damage while the Army of the Dead is active. So it requires the skill I previously mentioned.

Summoner Necromancer Build: Gems

Gems can be used on armor, weapons, and jewelry to get different upgrades, and different types of gems have different effects. You can find gems on chests or ores and they are also can be crafted.

For this build, I recommend using Amethyst, Diamond, and Ruby. You can use Amethyst on weapons to increase damage over time, Diamond on jewelry to increase resistance to all elements, and Ruby on armor to gain more health.

This is the Summoner Necromancer build I recommended. To complete it, you need to spend some time gathering the necessary Diablo 4 Items, and trying to get some Diablo 4 Gold is also helpful. Collecting these items is also a part of enjoying the game.

This is all I wanted to show you. I hope this article is helpful to you. Thank you for reading.

If you intend to play Diablo IV, you may encounter a brand new feature that has yet to be observed in previous games. Those who played throughout the first early access may have gotten to chance the newly implemented world boss. In the next Open Beta, Ashava the Pestilent may also be available for players to battle. If you’re interested in improving your Diablo experience throughout the limited play time, then understanding how to defeat and loot our planet boss may be in your best interest.

Ashava the Pestilent, Diablo’s First-Ever World Boss

This may be the first time in a Diablo game wherein a World Boss continues to be introduced to Sanctuary. As its name implies, these foes are elite demons players defeat together on view world. You do not need to go into dungeons or particular instances to battle them. You only need to wait for these phones to spawn on the fixed schedule.

Ashava the Pestilent may be the first World Boss to be brought to fans. The demon is a vast, scaly, reptilian creature with protruding blades around the sides of his arms. He is located around the western fringe of the Fractured Peaks and spawns on the set schedule. As a World boss, players should expect that he is a challenging foe to defeat. It will take several parties to defeat this foe, which may take a lot more than 12 people.

Though fighting this boss is very an ordeal, there is a catch in defeating him. After taking down Ashava, you will gain tons of loot containing Legendary items. If you have the time, it is usually worthwhile to become listed on parties attempting to eliminate the World Boss.

Basic Need to Know

Before you fight Ashava, there are specific things that you should never forget regarding boss fights. As a world boss, the battle mechanic will vary from your usual run-of-the-mill dungeon elites. Here are the things you have to know about this particular fight:

You have only 15 minutes to defeat Ashava. Once the timer expires, the boss will despawn, and participating players won't get any loot.

Reviving after you have killed can lead to a 10% lack of durability.

Other players can revive one another by getting together with their remains.

Ashava could be stunned by filling her stagger meter sufficiently.

You can build a four-member party to take around the boss.

Defeating Ashava

Ashava has easily recognizable attacks, however the boss is massive that it's hard to dodge these skills if you're within attack range. These gigantic moves also pack a significant punch that may kill you in seconds. The most notable thing about Ashava is her poison. As a demon of Pestilence, her theme involves coating her attacks with poison or DoT. Most of her moves involve damage with time effects, which could either be slow or rapid.

The answer to defeating Ashava would be to pump out just as much damage as you possibly can during appropriate windows and dodge if needed. Survival is essential because you should not lose your gear stats by reviving an excessive amount of. Learning her attacks may be the best method to know the appropriate action at a moment. Here are all of the attacks of Ashava:

Poison Breath – a frontal attack where Ashava releases poison breath in a cone before her. Getting hit with this particular move will deal medium damage and inflict DoT. To avoid this, stand near her legs.

Poison Clouds – the boss will leave pockets of poison clouds around her, dealing DoT with players who board them.

Front Bite – Ashava will wind back and launch toward biting anyone before her. Due to her colossal size, running back isn't advisable. Side-stepping may be the best method to avoid this.

Circular Swipe – Ashava will land her arm blades around the ground and do two rotational slices around her. Getting hit with this particular attack isn't a one-shot, however the poison damage is quick and deals heavy damage, which could kill players when they do not use multiple potions immediately. The best method to avoid this would be to either try to escape as far as you possibly can or stand underneath the boss, unaffected by the swipe.

Single Pound – the boss will pound a targeted area with one of her fists. This attack is simple to avoid, so players should leave the way the moment Ashava raises her hand.

Double Pound – Ashava will pound the floor with her two fists and drag anyone down. This move can instakill any player. The best method to avoid it is to become as far away as you possibly can from her.

Tips

The safest place throughout the fight is under Ashava because her colossal size gives her tremendous range to achieve ranged players. Spend much of your time close to the boss, but continually be mindful of Double Pound and also the Poison Clouds.

Don’t sacrifice quality with your potions. Use them if you get hit by her attacks, especially with the Circular Swipe. The speed at which some of her DoT moves decreases your lifetime varies, therefore it uses pots just to become safe.

The recommended level is 22 to 25. Being below these ranks implies that you are more susceptible to her attacks.

Use Weak Elixir of Poison Resistance, which you simply should be able to craft starting at level 10.

Rewards

Ashava is certain to drop 3 to 4 legendary items once killed. She will also drop Spoils Grand Cache, so joining groups willing to consider her is a good idea. This guide can help players learn to defeat Ashava the Pestilent.
