High-quality stamp ink gives a durable imprint on any kind of material - this is its functional purpose. Therefore, in cases of accidental contact with third-party objects - skin of hands, clothing and other surfaces not provided for this, on the way to cleansing, be prepared for difficulties of various levels.

How to remove stamp ink from clothes
The best option to get rid of corrosive stains from your clothes is to take them to the nearest dry cleaner, and as soon as possible. But, unfortunately, most often this option is eliminated. Therefore, we will consider options that help to cope with the problem on our own, especially since it is much easier to remove a fresh stain.

In the first seconds after spraying, alcohol-based wet wipes will help to cope with small drops: gently blot the cloth and lightly rub the stain.

Another way is to pour boiling water onto the stain, not forgetting to first take off your soiled clothes and stretch it over a container. Hairspray, alcohol, perfume or cologne are also endowed with magical properties: if you spray them with a newly obtained stain, it will dissolve. After the procedure, the epicenter of an unpleasant surprise should be washed with soap, and the whole thing should be washed by hand or in a machine.

For those who are not used to looking for easy ways, there is another effective mix of several ingredients:

Potassium permanganate, commonly referred to as potassium permanganate, - 5 g
Pre-chilled acetic acid - 50 g
Hydroperit - 2 tablets
Distilled water - 140 ml
Immediately before starting the cleaning process, we prepare two solutions at the same time: dissolve potassium permanganate in one half of the water and pour in acetic acid, in the other, bring the hydroperite tablet to complete dissolution. First, treat the stain with a cotton pad soaked in the first solution, and after half a minute - with the second. The procedure can be repeated several times until the source of contamination is completely eliminated.

Silk items
Silk fabrics are very delicate. To revive them without sacrificing quality, mix equal doses of water and dry mustard powder and apply to the stain. Leave the item for a day and let the mixture dry thoroughly. Gently clean the dried mass with a wooden spatula and rinse the item of your wardrobe in cool water with the addition of detergent, and several more times without it.

Light and color
Old stains on colored items are removed with ammonia and turpentine mixed in equal proportions. The resulting solution is applied to the stain and wait until it completely disappears, after which the thing is thoroughly washed and rinsed out several times.

On white things, stains from stamp ink or acrylics are removed with the help of acids. You should prepare such a solution and treat the stain with it:

Citric acid - 10 g
Oxalic acid - 10 g
Water - 100 ml
The strong acid action will dissolve the stamp ink and the contamination will come off. After washing, the item will look like new.

Cold milk, which absorbs ink paint, and warm glycerin diluted with a little water are also effective.

You can not refuse from the factory stain removers, which are available in various forms of brushes - solid, powder, liquid or gel.

Genuine leather and suede
If stamp paint splashed on a leather haberdashery - belt, bag, gloves, treat the stain with a cocktail of glycerin and denatured alcohol. Even out the slightly lightened tone with a special dye.

Mastic is removed from light suede with a concentrated solution of chlorine. We recommend that you first check the degree of concentration of the composition on an inconspicuous area of the product. If the stain does not come off the first time, repeat the procedure after it is completely dry.

How to remove stains from various surfaces
Stamp mastic can permanently settle on the skin of the hands, if not removed in the first seconds from the moment of contact. In most cases, the stain can be defeated by immediately rubbing the dirty area with toothpaste, cherry or lemon juice, and then washing your hands with soap and water.

If the attempt is unsuccessful, try more aggressive products - ammonia, nail polish remover, white spirit, gasoline or thinner. After washing your hands with soap, be sure to apply a moisturizer to keep your skin dry.

The above list of chemicals will also help get rid of the ink from the window sill, table and other inanimate objects that were so out of place in the path of the insidious splashes.
